Social Responsibility Is at the Core of What We Do
Watertree Health® strongly believes in supporting nonprofits whose missions align with ours—to build healthier communities. Helping the hard working people in our communities is our passion and it’s also the passion of our leaders, employees, and representatives, who are fueled to make a difference in people’s lives.
We are proud to be partnered with Make-A-Wish® America, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA®), regional Food Banks, and other nonprofits across the country. To date, these alliances have contributed significant unrestricted donations resulting in:
Watertree Health has a national program that provides ongoing financial support to Make-A-Wish for the important work they do for children with critical illnesses. We share their mission of helping grant the wish of every eligible child.
Through this national program, a donation of $.50 will be given to Make-A-Wish for every script discounted using the special program card. Monies will be distributed to local chapters based on where they were raised. To date, Watertree Health has donated over $2,732,000.
Watertree Health® is proud to support the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA®) because of the proven connection between pets and the mental & physical health of their owners. The ASPCA is America’s first and longest-standing animal welfare organization. A few of their key initiatives include reducing animal homelessness and promoting animal adoption across the nation.
From Oct. 1, 2016 – Sept. 30, 2017, help support the ASPCA by getting a card benefitting the organization. Go to WatertreeHealthCard.com/aspca or text ASPCA to 95577. Every time you save using the card, a $.50 donation is made at no cost to you.
For more information on the ASPCA, visit aspca.org.
Food Bank is the nation’s largest network of hunger-relief charities helping millions of hard working adults, military families & veterans, children and seniors. Our missions align as we are both seeking to improve the basic quality of life for those most in need in our country.
According to the latest Hunger Study, conducted by Food Banks across the country, 66% of Food Bank clients choose between putting food on the table and getting the medicines they need—30% make this tough decision every month. Watertree Health and the Food Banks agree that this is a choice no one should ever be forced to make.
To date, our donations have helped provide over 2.3 million nutritious meals to hard working adults, military families & veterans, children and seniors. Help support a local Food Bank by going to WatertreeHealthCard.com/FoodBank and getting a card benefitting this organization.
